Mandy Ramsey, 35, of Fort McCoy, FL may go down in history as the most thoughtful girlfriend ever, but Marion County police consider her a law breaker after failing to pull over when they caught her speeding -  topless. Driving in her Ford F250, Ramsey was seen speeding on a county road and a chase ensued.  Ramsey ran a stop sign, clipped an oak tree and was driving at high speeds.  Police actually lost the truck but eventually found it park behind a trailer home (*shocker*) with the side mirror busted off.  They found the boyfriend first and then finally Ramsey who admitted she didn't pull...
