Saw this today and was really pleased to see a company the size of Home Depot working hard to manage their Twitter account. The Home Depot twitter account is self described as "Hey, this is Kelly and Blake on our social media team, joined by Jon and team from @HomeDepot_Care. Tell us about the project you're working on!"  A look thru the account appears that 99% of the content are today's sales and suggestions on home improvement projects.
