Ronnie Wynn’s crime spree of grand theft auto, reckless driving, a hit and run, and firing a weapon out the car window into a neighborhood was all captured on cell phone video… And then posted to You Tube.
Wynn’s girlfriend, sitting in the passenger seat video’d the Vancouver, WA 23 year old joyriding around in a car he’d just stolen and then pulling out what appears to be an assault weapon that he then fires randomly out the car window. He then grabs the camera and zooms in for a close up on his own face. Police later found the video posted to You Tube and copied over onto Wynn’s Facebook page. It turned out that the weapon was really an Airsoft rifle, despite Wynn’s claims that it was a “.45”.
Wynn was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, hit and run. But it turns out that Wynn, who calls himself “Ron Gotti” also was accused in an unrelated case of residential burglary, second-degree theft, two counts of theft of a firearm, three counts of trafficking stolen property, forgery, second-degree identity theft, financial fraud and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.
