Samsung has unveiled their next version of the Galaxy Tab, uh, tablet…

Not a massive jump in hardware, but it will have Ice Cream Sandwich/Android 4.0 the moment you turn it on.  That’s the big news.

It will have a 1Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM and a 1024×600 LCD screen, which you will notice isn’t exactly super high resolution and somewhat surprising in that the only thing we can all agree the iPad 3 will have is a Retina Display to match the iPhone 4s.  There will be wi-fi only and wi-fi + 3g version, and cameras on front and back.  No release dates or how much, but it does look to be a nice little seven inch tablet.
