Motorola is looking to capture the heyday of the once much sought after Razr brand of phone, but now in a Android experience. The old Razr was the thin flip phone, so well constructed, that everyone wanted one.
The new phone will hit stores this month, will be insanely thin, about a a 1/4 thinner than an iPhone 4s. It will have a full set of specs that meets or exceeds pretty much any other phone out there, and will connect to Verizon’s 4G LTE network, meaning super fast internet connections. It will only be loaded with the Gingerbread version of Android, but Ice Cream Sandwich (the newest version of Android), is promised in 2012 – but we all how that goes.
$299 for a two year contract, the Rarz looks to be a great option for Android shoppers to compete with the Nexus before Xmas.
